Week 3 Session: Self-Love & Self-Responsibility
Self-love is the foundation of all love. It is not self-indulgence but a deep, necessary act of care and responsibility. This session will guide participants in exploring the intersections of self-love and accountability. What does it mean to love ourselves with honesty? How do we take responsibility for the love we create and receive? Through restorative writing prompts and meditation, we will deepen our commitment to ourselves

Join Anisah Amat for a beautiful and sacred evening of sound healing. During this session, we will deepen our connection with one chosen chakra — you will be guided through a short meditation, provided with journaling prompts for further and deeper exploration and then taken on a journey through sound.

Soulflower Experiences is hype to bring you another Flowetry offering—where poetry, movement, storytelling, and community come together in a way that just hits different. This time, we’re moving Across the Terrains—through the highs, the depths, the stillness, and the chaos. Mountain. Ocean. Desert. Storm. Each terrain carries something we’ve all known, something we’ve had to walk, wade, or weather through.
Come vibe with us, grab some food, sip a drink, support our vendors, and soak in the artistry. And we’re extra excited to feature a special performance from Anisah Amat as she releases her book ‘Migrating Through the Terrains’ into the world. In collaboration with Slam Nuba and under the roof of The Museum for Black Girls—it’s more than an event, it’s a moment. Pull up, tap in, and let the terrain move you.
